Vietnam has many delicious avocados such as: Sap avocado, 034 avocado, Tu Quy avocado, Booth avocado, Hass avocado…. These avocados are suitable for red basalt soils in the Central Highlands and have been exported to many countries.

Avocados are mostly consumed fresh as a salad fruit. However, in Viet Nam avocado mostly used as juice by grinding the flesh and mixing with milk giving a nice taste of a kind of a drink.
